EAT WELL. At the Vintage Cave in Honolulu you certainly will. I finally got to experience the full tasting menu this past August when I was back home for a visit. It was quite a memorable meal with the caviar brioche being my favorite.

So proud of my cousin, Chef Chris Kajioka, and all that he’s accomplished this past year at Vintage Cave. He’s one of the reasons Honolulu is making it’s way onto the culinary map.¬†

Spiritual Sedona. To me, Sedona is the epitome of what I picture Arizona to be. The red sandstone formations are a sight to behold. I wish we had more time to explore the energy vortexes that are scattered around the city. Until next time Sedona…I’ll be back.

Living in SoCal we are so blessed with beautiful warm and sunny summers. Hiking the many trails LA has to offer is one of my favorite things to do in this city.

I’ve heard great things about the Bridge to Nowhere hike and it definitely doesn’t disappoint. The heat can be a killer during the summer in 100 degree weather but the freezing cold river is a saving grace along the way.¬†

First trip to the Grand Canyon! America sure is beautiful.

Heading back to LA on the 10 during sunset blessed us with these awesome sights.

Celebrating the 4th admiring America’s natural beauty on a road trip to the Grand Canyon. What are you doing to celebrate America’s independence this weekend?

We conquered Half Dome! One more check off the bucket list!

On our last day in Singapore we did what anyone should do…EAT. ¬†Chicken rice and prata. A great way to end a great trip!

See you soon Singapore!

After the gardens we walked over to Marina Bay Sands for lunch at their amazing food court. I tried the Nasi Padang and Bak Kuh Teh. Jun got her beloved Yong Tau Foo. After lunch we walked around the shops a little more then went up to check out the view from the top. We had a drink at the Ku De Ta skydeck which gives you a perfect view of the city.
